Shipping Details
Processing Time:Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from our U.S. warehouse. Please allow additional time during major launches, holidays, or promotions.

Shipping Method:All orders are shipped via USPS with an estimated delivery time of 3-6 business days. While we strive to meet these timeframes, PURELY HER cannot be held responsible for delays due to payment issues, customs processes, or unforeseen events.

Shipping Rates:
United States: FREE shipping for orders over $100
$10 flat fee for orders under $100

International Shipping: FREE for orders over $150
$20 flat fee for orders under $150

Out of Range Regions:For select remote regions or unsupported areas, delivery times may extend to 5-10 business days, and alternative courier services will be used.

Changes to Your OrderIf you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately at Customer Support. While we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once your order has been packed or processed.

Restrictions
PURELY HER does not ship to P.O. boxes or to the following countries due to shipping restrictions:Russia,China,Saudi Arabia,Maldives


Taxes & Duties
All orders ship from our U.S. warehouse. Taxes and duties are automatically calculated and applied during checkout. For international orders, please note:PURELY HER does not control additional customs fees or duties charged upon delivery.If customs fees are refused and the package is returned, please contact us for further assistance.

Returns & Exchanges
At PURELY HER, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t perfect, we offer an easy 30-day return policy for store credit or exchanges on full-price items.
How to Return Your Items:U.S. Customers: Return your items via our U.S. return center with a prepaid label provided by us.International Customers: Please send items to our U.S. warehouse using a shipping label purchased from your local courier. PURELY HER does not cover international return shipping costs.

Extended Holiday Returns:Purchases made during the holiday season (November 22nd to December 26th) qualify for returns up to 45 days from delivery.

Return Eligibility:To ensure a successful return, please note:Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.Returns without prior authorization will be sent back to the customer.Sale items or purchases made with a discount code are final sale unless the product is faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the rare case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos for resolution.

Store Credit
Refunds are issued in the form of store credit, which never expires and can be used on any product at PURELY HER.
