Availability of shipping options depends on the delivery destination.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within the timeframe indicated in the Store or individually agreed with the
Customer.
Processing time may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination country.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond Purely Her’s control.
4. Shipping Providers
Purely Her may use external courier and logistics providers to deliver Products.
Available delivery methods are presented during checkout.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depend on:- delivery destination,
- shipping method,- order size and weight.
6. Customs Duties and Taxes
For international shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or additional
charges may apply and are the responsibility of the Customer unless stated otherwise.
7. Delivery Delays
Purely Her shall not be liable for delays caused by:- courier companies,- customs procedures,- force majeure events,- incorrect delivery information provided by the Customer.
8. Risk Transfer
Risk of accidental loss or damage to the Product transfers to the Customer upon delivery of the
Product to the carrier, unless mandatory law provides otherwise
