1. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance sales agreement within 14 days from the date
of receiving the Product without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should submit a declaration electronically.
2. Return of Products Returned Products should be sent back without undue delay, no later than within 14 days from the
date of withdrawal from the agreement.
Products should be returned in a condition not exceeding what is necessary to determine the nature,
characteristics, and functioning of the Product.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the Customer bears the direct cost of returning the
Product.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer during the original
transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Purely Her will refund payments within 14 days from the date of receiving the withdrawal notice,
however Purely Her may withhold reimbursement until the returned Product has been received or
proof of return has been provided.
5. Non-Returnable Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- personalized products,- custom-made products,- products made according to the Customer’s specifications,- sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons once opened, if
applicable.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If the Customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect Product, they should contact Purely Her
electronically and provide:- order number,- description of the issue,- photographic documentation if possible.
